True Pre-NeedÒ Funding   are specially designed Insurance contracts to fund funeral prearrangement agreements have been developed to help Funeral Firms maintain their professional image, increase the value of their prearrangements and expand their market share. Amongst the new contracts’ features are fully insured and guaranteed death benefit increases for 6 years.

True Pre-NeedÒ contracts do not require asking any health questions nor calculating different premiums for family members of different ages who wish to make payments over a three, five or ten year period. True Pre-NeedÒ monthly payments are the same at all ages for each plan respectively. 

Fully insured, guaranteed death benefit increases of 22% over the first six policy years in each contract will increase the value of prearrangement inventories funded with True Pre-NeedÒ contracts.

One monthly payment amount can be quoted to a group of prospects/families for the same prearrangement regardless of their age (within issue limits). These uniform premium payments apply through age 85 for three year, through age 80 for five year and through age 75 for ten year premium payment contracts. Closing sales at luncheons and other group presentations will now be a reality.
